  • Solution Sales Manager / Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Promote IT security product and solutions to corporate accounts;
    • Manage whole selling cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiations;
    • Work closely with supervisors, internal technical team, vendors, and channel partners to ensure deal closing;

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree / Tertiary education
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience
    • Experience in enterprise sales that involves multiple departmental stakeholders and able to follow a sales process that successfully establishes the value proposition across these departments to win the respective stakeholders as project supporters
    • A true hunter comfortable and capable of sourcing and winning customers and early adopters in a brand new market
    • Highly articulate and able to patiently and consultatively educate executives and practitioners on technical concepts supporting the building of a new market
    • Experience in Cybersecurity is a plus
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Solution Sales Specialist


    Channel Account Manager / Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Drive channel business and maintain close relationship with assigned channel partners
    • Define and implement channel development strategies and monitor the progress, including demand generation activities, sales and technical enablement, sales program/incentive creation
    • Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales resources to facilitate partners’ selling process
    • Achieve sales targets and objectives to ensure continued business growth

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree/Tertiary education
    • Experience of IT solution selling, preferably in IT solution distribution
    • Results-oriented, proactive, with a natural drive for business goals
    • Able to deal professionally and independently with management at all levels
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Channel Account Specialist


    Network / System Security Consultant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for pre-sales and delivery of security product solutions;
    • System integration experience preferred;
    • Provide technical support and advice to our existing customers;
    • Ensure Support Service Level is met.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent;
    • At least 3 years relevant experience preferred;
    • CISSP, CISA or MCSE: Security certification preferred;
    • Foundational knowledge / skill-set of network technologies, TCP/IP, network security, cyber security;
    • Hands-on experience in security solutions such as Firewall, Anti-spam Gateway, IDS/IPS, DLP, etc;
    • Experience on application, system / network solution and database support; and
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skill and analytical skills.
    • Less experience will be considered as Security Specialist


    Security Consultant / Associate Consultant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Participate in IT Security engagements with a focus on penetration and simulation tests, as well as security workshops, for our customers
    • Presales assistance to promote our service portfolio
    • Develop and maintain productive working relationship with customers and internal team
    • Research and sharing on exciting topics
    • Get mentored by senior consultant for personal development

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree or diploma in computer science or in a related field
    • Two (2) years’ experience in IT Security, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
    • Exposure in at least one of the following:
    • Web / Mobile / Cloud application security review
    • Security policy / procedures / process review
    • Network system security assessment
    • Ethical hacking certificates such as CEH and OSCP preferred

    Technical Support Engineer - Fresh Graduates Welcome

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support and advice to internal users;
    • Provide technical support and advice to our existing customers;
    • Be responsible for delivery of security product solutions; and
    • Ensure Support Service Level is met.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent;
    • 1 year relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate is welcome;
    • Experience in application, system / network solution and database support will be an advantage; and
    • Self-motivated, work independently, good communication with interpersonal & analytical skills
